Nick Bosa or Kyler Murray? Those are the two players the Arizona Cardinals will likely be deciding between when Thursday night’s NFL Draft rolls around. One of those players will be the first overall pick in 2019.

And, to most, those are the two best players in the 2019 NFL Draft. They’re being considered as the No. 1 overall pick for a reason. But to ESPN’s Louis Riddick, there’s actually another star who receives his vote as the most talented in this year’s group.

Devin Bush.

Riddick spoke on the Dan Patrick Show on Monday to talk about the upcoming draft and which players popped out most to him. While Bush has been considered a top 15 pick, not many have regarded him as the top prospect in the draft.

“For my money, pound for pound, the best player in this draft is Devin Bush of Michigan,” Riddick said. “If you can tell me exactly what his weakness is, I can show you a play that tells you it’s not a weakness.”

Riddick said Bush has the speed, tenacity and football intelligence to be one a productive linebacker in the NFL.

Bush excelled on the field in three seasons at Michigan, capped with a junior campaign that was filled with recognition. He was named the B1G’s Linebacker and Defensive Player of the Year and was an All-American selection. Bush can fly around the field and is frequently making plays on the football.

Last year, Bush totaled 79 tackles with nine for loss and six pass break-ups.

While Bush will still be a high draft pick on Thursday evening, he likely won’t be a top five selection. That means he could wind up being the steal of the draft in a few years.
