Former Michigan State safety Khari Willis has officially signed his rookie contract with the Indianapolis Colts, the team announced on Tuesday.

Willis was selected by the Colts in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He was taken with pick No. 109 overall in late April. He was the second-highest Michigan State player taken in this year’s draft, behind only cornerback Justin Layne.

Willis made 30 starts for the Spartans during his career in East Lansing and appeared in 46 total games. He ended his college career with 196 tackles, 6.5 stops for loss, four interceptions and a forced fumble. Willis started in every game in 2018.

According to the team’s website, the Colts have now signed seven of their 10 picks from the 2019 NFL Draft.

Details of Willis’ contract with the Colts was not mentioned by the team.
