Penn State has just added to one of the nation’s best recruiting class as Lance Dixon has pledged to James Franklin’s program.

The 6-foot-2, 201-pound Michigan native picked Penn State over offers from Michigan State, Ohio State and Wisconsin, among several others. 247Sports Composite Ratings list Dixon as the nation’s No. 16 outside linebacker and the No. 7 overall prospect from Michigan.

Penn State now holds 10 commitments in the 2019 recruiting cycle.
