Wisconsin is now 2-0 against Michigan this weekend.

Celebrating a 24-10 win over the Wolverines on Sunday morning, the Badgers received even better news, as one of the top offensive linemen from the 2019 class gave his verbal pledge to Paul Chryst and Co. He made his announcement via Twitter.

Brown is a four-star recruit out of Grand Rapids, Michigan and is considered one of the top 100 prospects in the 2019 class. He’s currently ranked No. 76 nationally, is a top 10 offensive line target and is the third-highest rated player from Michigan according to 247Sports.

He’s hauled in 17 offers, including seven from B1G programs. Wisconsin and Michigan were expected to be the top two choices for Brown. He chose the Badgers over the Wolverines, as well as Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan State and Minnesota. He also had offers from SEC powers Alabama and Auburn.

Brown is the third commit for the Badgers’ 2019 class and is immediately the top-rated prospect. With the addition, Wisconsin now sits No. 12 nationally and No. 3 in the B1G in the recruiting rankings.
