Robby Martin is ready to make his college decision. The top player in the state of West Virginia has named a pair of B1G programs in his final 4 just over a week out from his commitment.

Martin, a lineman with 29 scholarship offers, is considering Maryland, Penn State, NC State and West Virginia. He will commit to 1 of those teams on July 31.

A Huntington (West Virginia) standout, Martin is listed at 6-4, 285 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Martin is rated 3-stars, the No. 1 player in West Virginia, No. 32 interior offensive lineman and No. 529 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Martin has collected scholarship offers from 29 schools during his recruitment. The Terrapins and Nittany Lions have been recruiting Martin for over a year.
