With team activities and spring football currently suspended, college football players are being forced to conduct individual workouts to ensure they’re in good shape when team reconvene and get prepared for workouts and the 2020 season. Some student-athletes are getting pretty creative.

Illinois starting center Doug Kramer Jr. has found a unique way to stay in shape and improve his strength. He’s pushing trucks while on quarantine, and appears to be doing it with relative ease.

On Thursday afternoon, Kramer posted a video of himself pushing a truck to get some strength training in while at home. That truck seemed to be moving a little too easily, too.

When Kramer runs into some of those B1G defensive linemen, he might not have much trouble pushing them around thanks to his Dodge Ram plan.

Kramer has been the primary starter at center for the Illini for each of the last three seasons. Last season, he was an All-B1G honorable mention after helping Illinois finish the season with a 6-7 record and reach the postseason for the first time since 2014.

He looks like he’s on his way to being an All-B1G selection with his training regiment right now.
