Indiana hosts the best Group of 5 team in the country this weekend as the Hoosiers take on  No. 8 Cincinnati.

The Hoosiers are 1-1 to start the year. Their first game they were crushed by now the No.5 Iowa Hawkeyes 34-6. They played much better in the home opener, beating FCS foe Idaho 56-14.

Today, Tom Allen spoke to the media and had this to say about Cincinnati and their Group of 5 stature.

“I know they’re not in a Power Five conference,” said Allen, according to Zach Osterman of the IndyStar. “Currently, but they have Power Five personnel.”

Cincinnati, this season has yet to have a real test as they have had home tilts with the Miami (OH) Redhawks and the Murray State Racers. The Bearcats won those games 49-14 and 42-7, respectively.
