Iowa has completed its non-conference schedule for the 2020 season.

On Thursday, the Hawkeyes added a home game against Northern Iowa to its 2020 schedule. Multiple sources confirmed the report.

The Hawkeyes will open the 2020 campaign against Northern Iowa on Sept. 5 and will host Iowa State the following week in Kinnick Stadium. The other non-conference game against Northern Illinois is another home contest on Sept. 26.

It’s quite a ways into the future, but the schedule is brutal for the Hawkeyes, especially early in the campaign. The first three weeks of October, Iowa hosts Michigan State before traveling to Ohio State and Penn State.

Iowa will host Northern Iowa in 2018, as well.
