Tyler Cook is doing is best to help Iowa make a second half push.

After trailing Tennessee 49-28 at halftime, the Hawkeyes are trying to string together a run in the final 20 minutes and keep their Sweet Sixteen hopes alive. They’ve gotten great contributions from Cook. who scored 11 points in the first eight minutes of the second half after going scoreless in the first.

Three of Cook’s points came on this impressive one-handed slam that also resulted in an and-one opportunity. This play definitely gave the Hawkeyes some momentum.

Iowa is going to need a lot more moments like this to get back in the game, but the Hawkeyes got off to a strong start in the second half.
