A couple of rookie Michigan Wolverines made significant contributions to their NFL teams in Week 2 on Sunday.

For the New England Patriots, defensive end Chase Winovich posted his first career sack in the fourth quarter of a blowout victory against the Miami Dolphins. Winovich sacked former first-round pick Josh Rosen and then picked up another 0.5 sack a few plays later.

In Pittsburgh, Bush, who the Steelers traded up to take in the Top 10 of the first round, recovered his first fumble and nearly returned it for his first career NFL touchdown. Bush’s foot hit the out of bounds marker inside the 5-yard line before he could reach the pylon.

Bush also recorded seven tackles, but it came in a losing effort, as the Steelers fell to 0-2 after dropping their home opener against the Seattle Seahawks, 28-26.
