The B1G has seen some pretty good quarterbacks over the past two decades. Guys like Chad Henne, Kirk Cousins, Michael Robinson, Brad Banks, Troy Smith and so many more have dominated the college football and most importantly, the B1G landscape.

However, current Michigan State quarterback Brian Lewerke can say he has done one thing that only he and two B1G quarterbacks have done the past two decades: pass for 400 plus yards in consecutive games.

Lewerke joins Drew Brees and CJ Bacher as the only three B1G quarterbacks to throw for 400 plus yards in consecutive games in the past 20 years.

Lewerke accomplished this feat by throwing for 445 yards against Northwestern a week ago and 400 yards this past Saturday versus Penn State.
