Peter Schrager gave his Fabulous Five on Good Morning Football Tuesday and included a former Rutgers player.

Isiah Pacheco was No. 1 on Schrager’s list following his 63 rushing yard performance in the Kansas City Chiefs’ win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

“There’s this young man wearing No. 10 for the Kansas City Chiefs and he’s running hard,” Schrager said. God do I love Isiah Pacheco! Look at him carrying dudes. Every time Pacheco touches the ball he’s running angry. I get so fired up for Pacheco.”

The rookie has picked up 140 rushing yards on 28 attempts this season and has also picked up 1 touchdown. He has been a big part of the Chiefs’ offense in their 3-1 start to the season.

Pacheco played for Rutgers from 2018 to 2021, where he amassed 2,442 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns in his time with the team. He was drafted by the Chiefs in the 7th round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

The Chiefs take on the Raiders this week.
