Ty Johnson truck sticks his way to 56-yard gain, sets up TD

Maryland has been having its way with Purdue all day today and the Terrapins aren’t letting their foot off the gas.

Stuck deep in their own territory, Maryland running back Ty Johnson lowered his shoulders and broke a tackle en route to an impressive 56-yard run which would set up an eventual touchdown.

Johnson’s physical run led up to an 11-yard scamper by Perry Hills for a touchdown, putting Maryland up 29-0 at half.

The Terps are rolling, and a 4-0 start to the season seems inevitable.
