Ohio State commit Kareem Walker, the top-rated running back recruit in the 2016 class, will be making a visit this weekend. But it won’t be to watch the Buckeyes take on Maryland.

Walker, a five-star recruit from Wayne, New Jersey, gave his verbal commitment to Ohio State at halftime during the national championship game. The 6-1, 210-pound tailback is the top-rated offensive recruit in Ohio State’s 2016 class, which is No. 1 in the 247sports team rankings.
He’s reportedly accompanying his teammate Quayshon Alexander, who is a Nebraska recruit making an official visit to Ann Arbor, as well.
Walker currently has offers from Alabama, Clemson, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Penn State and Wisconsin to name a few.
The trip north will be his first official visit.
