Hours after Gareon Conley was named in an ongoing rape investigation, the former Ohio State cornerback reportedly changed his NFL draft plans.

Conley, who was projected as a first-round pick, will not be in Philadelphia for the weekend, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport:

Conley is currently being investigated for his role in an alleged sexual assault at a downtown Cleveland hotel on April 9. Conley’s attorney, Kevin Spellacy, called the allegations made from the accuser “ludicrous and ridiculous.”

Though Conley hasn’t been charged for the alleged incident at the Westin hotel bathroom suite, NFL teams are reportedly doing their own fact finding to determine whether or not Conley will remain on their draft boards.

Conley was expected to be one of two Buckeyes (Marshon Lattimore) in attendance on Thursday for the start of the NFL draft. Projected first-round pick Malik Hooker declined an invitation to the event so that he could watch it with his family.

Lattimore, Malik McDowell and Ryan Ramczyk will be the three B1G prospects in Philadelphia on Thursday night.
