Another week, another cheap shot on Joey Julius.
And for the second straight week, a player was given an unsportsmanlike penalty and an ejection.
This one came via Isaiah Davis, who took down the Lions kicker well after the whistle:
We have another player ejection after a defender hit @PennStateFball K Joey Julius. Here’s what happened.

For some stupid reason, the Penn State kicker has become a target for late hits. Perhaps it’s because he has no problem laying the wood as a tackler.
Julius was actually involved in a scuffle after the whistle on a play in the first half, too.
Sooner or later, guys are going to stop hitting the Lions kicker late. It doesn’t matter that he’s built like a linebacker.
