Rutgers and Boston College will get to know each other quite well in the next decade.

The two teams were already slated to play each other in 2026 and 2027. Now, they’ll add two more meetings to that series.

Rutgers announced on Tuesday that it’ll take on BC in 2019 and 2022.

The first game will be Sept. 21, 2019 at High Point Solutions Stadium, and the second will be Sept. 3, 2022 at Boston College. The other two matchups will be  Sept. 12, 2026 at Alumni Stadium (BC) and Sept. 11, 2027 in Piscataway, N.J.

The two schools will meet for the first time since they were members of the Big East Conference in 2004. BC holds the all-time series lead 19-6-1.

Rutgers already satisfied its Power Five non-conference quota by scheduling Miami (FL) in 2019, but the 2022 matchup with Boston College will take care of the scheduling requirement.
