Few people in college football are more synonymous with a hairstyle than Vince Biegel is with his mullet.
Well, except maybe Mike Gundy.
Like Gundy, Biegel has been making a strong mullet push since a couple months before the start of the season. It was ready by opening day and it’s been in glorious form ever since then.
But as of Tuesday, Biegel’s mullet is no more:

That’s an unfortunate development. Biegel was a trendsetter at Wisconsin, where others like teammate Jon Dietzen followed his mullet lead.
It appears that Biegel’s new beginnings of NFL training prompted the move. After all, he’s got job interviews coming up.
Perhaps he’ll bring back his signature look when he establishes himself at the next level. We can only hope.
