You know it happened in practice a few times.

But in an actual live game, Michael Caputo picked off his Wisconsin teammate Joel Stave. The Badgers were playing in the East-West Shrine Game on Saturday, but on opposite teams.

Stave dropped back to pass and Caputo read him like a book. What happened after that was the surprise:

That looked like Stave taking some frustration out on Caputo. Amazing was the fact that Stave got down the field that quickly to finish off the job by Illinois running back Josh Ferguson.

Caputo might not have gotten into the end zone, but he did finish the game with two interceptions and MVP honors.

Most importantly, he got the last laugh on his teammate.
