What every 2017 B1G draft pick was rated as a recruit

As you might’ve heard, not every B1G player drafted was a five-star recruit out of high school.

Sure, there were some. Jabrill Peppers, Raekwon McMillan and Malik McDowell were all picked in the first two rounds after coming into college as five-star recruits.

But the B1G totals of three-star and unrated recruits vs. four and five-star recruits was closer than one might imagine.

Here’s the star breakdown for B1G draft picks:

  • 5 stars: 3
  • 4 stars: 16
  • 3 stars: 14
  • 2 stars: 0
  • Unrated: 2
