According to Footballscoop.com, Keith Williams won’t be incarcerated after all.

The Nebraska wide receivers coach pled no contest to his third driving under the influence charge last August, and part of his sentence involved a 30-day jail sentence.

But instead, Williams was reportedly granted the ability to serve his 30 days under house arrest. The Lincoln Journal Star reported that the prosecution pushed for Williams to serve his sentence in jail since he hadn’t for his prior two DUI offenses, which came in 2004 and 2009 (before he was at Nebraska).

The house arrest will allow Williams to be a full participant in Nebraska’s spring practices, which begin Saturday.

Williams was also sentenced to three years of probation and a $1,000 fine. After his arrest over the summer, he was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season.
