Ezekiel Elliott blasts play-calling, makes NFL announcement
When it rains, it pours.
Ezekiel Elliott was NOT happy with his workload in Saturday’s loss to Michigan State. The Ohio State tailback went on a rant about the lack of carries he received in the second half.
Elliott finished the game with 12 carries for 33 yards and a touchdown.
He voiced his frustrations with the media following the Buckeyes’ first B1G loss of the Urban Meyer era.
#Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliott:"coaching staff didn't put us in position to win. That's a team (Michigan State) we should beat." WOW

Elliott: "I deserve more than 11 carries. I really do. I can't speak for the playcaller. I don't know what was going on."

More #Buckeyes Elliott:"We should have run more power. We stopped calling plays that worked Disappointed by lack of effort from coaches."

Elliott said these comments to the Ohio State radio broadcast, in addition to the Big Ten Network’s Rick Pizzo.
To make matters worse, he unofficially declared for the NFL draft just like Cardale Jones did.
Ezekiel Elliott just said this is his last game in the Horseshoe, meaning he'll be leaving after his junior year.

Ezekiel Elliott: "This is my last game in The 'Shoe. There's no chance I'm coming back."

Elliott will likely be a first-round pick, but this sure makes things awkward in the last month of the season.
