Garrett Sickels will get a late start on Saturday night.
The Penn State defensive end was suspended for the first half against Ohio State. ABC reported that on the broadcast, but the reason is unknown.

Sickels has been one of the few steadying forces for the Lions. Penn State’s lone returning starter on the defensive line entering 2016, Sickels has 2.5 sacks on the season.
The Lions will need all the defensive help that they can get against the high-powered Ohio State offense.
