The Indiana athletic department has been pretty busy recently with adding future games to the football schedule. The program announced another new addition on Wednesday.

Indiana has announced that it will play Old Dominion during the 2025 season, completing the nonconference schedule for that season. The Hoosiers are also scheduled to host Louisville and Indiana State that year, meaning IU will play all of its out-of-league games at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington.

Per the release from Indiana, the game will be played on Saturday, Aug. 30. It will be the first game of the season for the Hoosiers. Indiana will then play Louisville on Sept. 6 and close out nonconference play on Sept. 13 against Indiana State.

The 2025 matchup between the Monarchs and Hoosiers will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.

Recently, Indiana has added games against Colorado State, UConn and a home-and-home series versus Notre Dame to its future schedules.
