Ohio State reportedly involved in ‘Wide open’ race for 2023 5-star QB Arch Manning

Ohio State is reportedly one of the teams being considered for 2023 5-star prospect Arch Manning.
Arch is the nephew of former NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning.
In a wide-raning story by The Athletic’s Jeff Duncan, the biggest revelation is that Arch’s recruitment remains wide open. He’s heard from nearly every powerhouse program in the country, and that includes the Buckeyes.
Duncan explicitly mentioned the Buckeyes as having a chance, alongside Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Stanford, Texas and Virginia.
His report also says that Manning is hoping to take an unofficial visit to Columbus sometime this summer. Trips to Clemson, SMU and Texas are already planned for later this month.
Manning is currently living in New Orleans and attends Isidore Newman High School.
According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Manning is the No. 3 overall player and the No. 1 quarterback in the class of 2023.
Ohio State doesn’t currently have any commitments for the class of 2023.
