Michigan State has added its ninth member to the 2022 recruiting class.

Jaron Glover, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound receiver out of Sarasota, Florida, announced on Twitter Sunday morning that he has committed to Michigan State. The multi-sport athlete becomes the ninth player of this year’s class to commit to the Spartans.

Glover held offers from four other Power 5 programs, picking Michigan State over Indiana, Tennessee, Wake Forest and West Virginia. He also received interest from Coastal Carolina, Georgia State and USF.

247Sports does not currently have any ratings for Glover in the Composite scores, but he is listed as a 3-star talent by the website. He’s considered one of the Top 100 players out of the talent-rich state of Florida and just outside the Top 100 receivers of the cycle.

Glover is also a track athlete and should add great speed to Michigan State’s class. His commitment comes just a few days after an official visit to East Lansing.

The Spartans currently own the B1G’s No. 6 ranked class in the 2022 recruiting cycle. They are also sitting at No. 31 nationally.
