Wisconsin has added another in-state product to its 2022 class.
JT Seagraves became the latest addition to the Badgers’ 2022 cycle, giving his verbal pledge to the program on Monday. He is the third player of the class to commit. Currently, all three players committed in Wisconsin’s class are in-state prospects.
“Excited to announce I am officially a Wisconsin Badger!” Seagraves wrote on Twitter.

Seagraves has earned a 3-star rating from 247Sports, but does not have any ranking in the Composite scores. He is listed as the No. 84 tight end and No. 14 player out of Wisconsin, per 247Sports.
The 6-foot-5. 220-pound tight end has received offers from Wisconsin and Illinois State on the recruiting trail thus far. His decision to commit to the Badgers comes after a weekend visit to the campus in Madison.
With Seagraves’ pledge, Wisconsin now owns commitments from three of the Top 15 players out of the state. The Badgers are still behind in the rankings right now, a byproduct of only having three commits.
Wisconsin’s class ranks last in the B1G and No. 77 nationally.
