Barry Alvarez on Barack Obama costume: I am determined that nothing like this will happen again

Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez has responded to the controversial costume that somehow made its way inside Camp Randall Stadium last Saturday during the Badgers top 10 showdown with the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
On Wednesday, Alvarez released a statement addressing the issue:
"I am determined that nothing like this will happen again."

In the release, Alvarez states that there will be a “revised policy in place,” and that he is “committed to working collaboratively to make our stadium a great and safe place for fans to watch a football game.”
On Saturday, television cameras picked up a shot of an individual wearing a mask of Barack Obama with a noose around the neck. The game between Wisconsin and Nebraska took place on Oct. 29, just two days prior to Halloween.

Sunday, the University of Wisconsin released a statement.
Wisconsin’s next home game at Camp Randall Stadium will be on Nov. 12 when it hosts Illinois.
