A heavily-recruited, highly-skilled wide receiver out of Texas has narrowed down his list of options to eight. Two of those programs are in the B1G.
Dillon Bell, a 3-star receiver out of Houston and a member of the 2022 recruiting class, released his Top 8 on Sunday. Michigan and Minnesota are the two schools from the B1G to be in consideration. The other teams are Auburn, Baylor, Georgia, Houston, Mississippi State and Texas A&M.
Bell made his announcement with a post and graphic on social media. He did not reveal a commitment date with his post on Twitter.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound receiver is ranked as the No. 75 player at his position in the 2022 class and ranks as the No. 82 prospect out of Texas, per 247Sports Composite. He received 31 offers during the recruiting process.
Bell was all over the field during the 2020 season at The Kinkaid School. He played wide receiver, quarterback and running back at times throughout the year, totaling 607 yards on the ground, 350 receiving yards and accounting for 20 total touchdowns.
Michigan’s class currently ranks No. 10 nationally and No. 3 in the B1G while the Gophers are further back at No. 34 nationally and No. 7 in the league.
