Penn State has made believers out of many in the last month.

The Lions’ five-game winning streak might’ve vaulted them all the way to No. 10 in the College Football Playoff rankings. And with games against Indiana, Rutgers and Michigan State to end the season, many believe Penn State is setting itself up for a double-digit win season.

Add CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm to that list. In his latest bowl projections, he had the Lions taking Nebraska’s spot in the Cotton Bowl. That would be PSU’s first New Year’s Six game of the post-Joe Paterno era.
