Wisconsin DL coach gives Badgers pep talk during fall camp: ‘Answer that call’

Wisconsin defensive line coach Ross Kolodziej has a simple message for the Badgers.
Answer that call.
That was the theme of a pep talk he gave to several players following a fall camp workout on Saturday afternoon. Here’s a clip, courtesy of Wisconsin Football:

“You start to fatigue, the legs start to feel heavy, you start to feel a little sore or a little sorry for yourself, nobody else cares,” he said. “Everybody else in the country is going through the same [expletive]. The teams that can filter the [expletive] out, come to work every day and raise their level of play … Those are the ones that will be playing for something in December.
“Answer that call every day man.”
Wisconsin is the current favorite to take home the Big Ten West, which would put the Badgers in the Big Ten Championship Game in early December.
The Badgers are projected to have the nation’s No. 2 defense for the 2021 season, according to SP+.
Wisconsin opens its 2021 campaign against Penn State on Sept. 4.
