The Wisconsin Badgers have been hit hard by the injury bug so far in fall camp.

5 Badgers were out with injury at Monday’s practice, with another one who was limited today. The offensive line has been hit the worst with injuries to multiple tackles and one guard.

Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel had the update:

Berger is the running back for Wisconsin this upcoming season. The 6-foot 210-pound sophomore RB had a solid season with the Badgers last year; as a Freshman in the four games he played, he had 60 attempts rushing for 301 yards on 5.2 yards per carry and 2 touchdowns.

The offensive line will need to be healthy this season if Wisconsin wants to get back to the top of the B1G West and a chance to play in the B1G Championship Game.

The Badgers, as a whole, will need to find a way to stay healthy this season as they have games against Penn State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Iowa and Northwestern.

The Badgers season opener is against Penn State Saturday, Sept. 4.
