Last season when the Hoosiers and Wolverines met, the Hoosiers came away with a 38-21 victory in Bloomington, IN.
Michigan and Indiana had completed opposite seasons in 2020 where the Wolverines had a season they’d like to forget where they went 2-4 on the year.
The Hoosiers had a great season going 6-2, and will want to capitalize on the momentum heading into the 2021 season.
The Hoosiers are ranked in the preseason AP Top-25 poll coming in at No.17. Michigan is not in this year’s preseason AP Top-25 poll for the first time since Harbaugh’s first year on the job. Although the Wolverines did receive votes in the poll.
Earlier this month, Michigan announced that their annual Maize Out game will be Saturday, Sept. 11, vs. Washington Huskies.
