SHI Stadium holds 52,454 fans, and it is the birthplace of college football.

Schiano’s first season back as the head man was in 2020, and no fans were allowed due to the pandemic and B1G rules.

In Schiano’s first season back as the head man of the Scarlet Knights, he surprised some folks around B1G country as they finished the season 3-6, and they were 5th in B1G East, finishing ahead of Michigan and Michigan State.

The three wins last season were against Michigan State, Purdue and Maryland.

The Temple Owls last season were 1-6 in the AAC (The Owls only played conference games) last season with their lone win coming against the USF Bulls.

The Scarlet Knights face 4 AP Top 25 teams in the 2021 season.

The Scarlet Knights start the season Thursday, Sept. 2, against the Temple Owls in front of a sold-out crowd.
