Mallory is the winningest coach in program history. Mallory posted a 47-32-3 record from 1987-1993. Indiana finished in the top four in the B1G three times during that span.
Indiana is coming off a 6-2 record in the shortened 2020 season. Indiana ended the season ranked No. 12 in the AP poll and No. 13 in the Coaches poll.
Indiana leads the all-time series 9-3 vs. Cincinnati and is on a five-game winning streak in the series. This will be the first meeting between the programs since 2000. Cincinnati’s last victory in the series dates all the way back to a 21-0 shutout in 1957.
Indiana kicks off the 2021 season with a B1G road matchup at Iowa on Sept. 4 (3:30 p.m. EST/BTN).
