Joel Klatt includes 2 B1G teams in updated Top 10

After week 1, pundits across the country are already updating their rankings and probably overreacting, but that’s why it’s only week 1.
On Saturday night, Fox analyst Joel Klatt came out with his updated top 10 rankings, and there wasn’t a ton of movement. Georgia moved in two the number 2 slot of his rankings after beating No. 3 Clemson in a slugfest 10-3.
Ohio State was the only Top 5 team, coming in at No. 4.

The other B1G team that got some love from Klatt was Iowa, as he put the Hawkeyes in at No. 10 after routing the No. 17 Indiana Hoosiers 34-6 on Saturday. A somewhat surprising omission considering Klatt was on the call; he did not have Penn State move up to his top ten after beating No.12 Wisconsin on the road.
Ohio State will get another chance to prove why they are one of the four-best teams in the country as No. 11 Oregon comes into the Shoe next week. Iowa can also impress again as they go on the road to face in-state rival No.7 Iowa State. Penn State can impress in a few weeks as they’ll be in the national spotlight again vs. Auburn on Sept. 18.
