To start the evening, Coan went 4-for-4 on the opening drive with a touchdown. That play went for 41 yards with Coan starting strong out of the gate.
Since then, Coan has been efficient all evening long through 3 quarters for the Irish. He went 22-for-27 through the air for 335 yards and 4 TDs, posting his best performance in nearly two years.
