Wisconsin had a feel-good win over the Eastern Michigan Eagles Saturday, 34-7.
The Badgers are 1-1 on the season as last week they lost to now No.11 Penn State at home 16-10 in a defensive battle.
Head coach Paul Chryst did not have much to say in his post-game press conference.
Here are his opening remarks after last nights’ win:

QB Graham Mertz was taking out for a series last night, and QB Chase Wolf came in, but Chryst said that was the plan all along.
Dave Heller provides more context on the situation:
Paul Chryst said his plan was to give Chase Wolf a series then go back to Mertz. So there you go. (he said to himself) #Badgers

Paul Chryst also provided an update on the situation with RB Jalen Berger:
Paul Chryst on if he communicated with Jalen Berger on where he stood after week one.
“I think you’re always communicating with all of them. There’s not a lot of drama that way.”#Badgers

Chryst also talked about the Badgers improved on 3rd down efficiency on offense:
#Badgers coach Paul Chryst noted this last night: UW offense must be better on third down. UW was 7-21 in opener and 5-12 last night. Chryst made it clear he was talking about the unit, not just the QB.
