Michigan defensive lineman Aidan Hutchinson was one of the Wolverines’ best players in their game against Washington and a lot of people seemed to take notice of it.

That includes the folks at the Reese’s Senior Bowl as they selected him as their defensive player of the week for how great he was in Michigan’s win.

As the tweet says, Hutchinson finished the game with 4 total tackles (3 solo) with 2.5 sacks and a quarterback hit. Whenever he lined up, he was making quite the impact.

Hutchinson has had a great start to his season as he has 8 total tackles (7 solo) with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble. The best season of his career came in 2019 when he finished with 68 total tackles (34 solo), with 4.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles.

If he’s able to stay healthy throughout this season, there’s no reason Hutchinson can’t get back to that level.

His next game with the Wolverines will be on Sept. 18 against Northern Illinois.
