Tulane just hit Ole Miss with an intense Green Wave of trolling. It comes in response to Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin making a comment that Tulane “is an SEC team,” pointing out the school was edged by Oklahoma on Sept. 4.

Tulane is now turning the tables with this reminder from its past in the SEC:

Straight savage.

An outspoken coach like Kiffin, who should teach a masterclass in trolling, can certainly appreciate this.

Tulane captured SEC titles in 1934, 1939, and 1949 during its time in the conference from 1932-1965. Ole Miss’ last conference title came in 1963.

Ole Miss leads the all-time series 41-28 and is on a nine-game game winning streak vs. Tulane. The last meeting in the series came in 2000.

Tulane at No. 17 Ole Miss will be a primetime matchup in Week 3. The contest will be on Sept. 18 (8 p.m. EST) and will be televised on ESPN.
