Kirk Herbstreit lists multiple B1G games among those he ‘can’t wait to watch’ in Week 3

Kirk Herbstreit has unveiled his list of games that he’s most excited to watch this weekend and multiple B1G teams are featured.

One of the B1G games may not be the top one that he’s excited about (that would be Alabama-Florida) but coming in just behind it is Auburn-Penn State.

The Tigers will be traveling to Happy Valley to take on the 10th ranked Nittany Lions in what should be a packed Beaver Stadium. Both teams have started out 2-0, with Auburn outscoring their 2 opponents 122-10.

Cincinnati @ Indiana comes in at No. 2, which shouldn’t be a surprise either. The Bearcats come into this matchup as the No. 8 team in the country, though the Hoosiers have always been a tough out at home under Tom Allen.

Finally, Purdue @ No. 12 Notre Dame comes in as Herbstreit’s third most exciting matchup as that one promises to be excellent as well. Both teams are also undefeated through 2 games, though there have been some cracks in the Fighting Irish’s games, especially last Saturday against Toledo.
