Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano is more than ready for his team to face off against Michigan.
The matchup will end with 1 of the teams having their first loss as both teams come into this matchup at 3-0. The Scarlet Knights have beaten Temple, Syracuse, and Delaware, while the Wolverines have beaten Western Michigan, Washington, and Northern Illinois.
Even though the game will be played in Ann Arbor, Schiano said that this matchup is one of the reasons why he came back as a head coach.
Greg Schiano talked about how this game vs. Michigan is one the reasons he came back and spoke highly about how big football is within the B1G.

Greg Schiano started things off at his presser today to preview Michigan: “You guys know how I feel and how I felt for a long time that Rutgers belonged in the Big Ten. It’s weekends like this that made me want to be in this league.”

He also knows how tough the Wolverines running game is as they’ve been electric all season. That starts with Blake Corum after he finished with 125 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns this past Saturday. Schiano gave him high praise.
Schiano spoke about Blake Corum and how good the UM run game is, also spoke very highly of UM running backs coach Mike Hart.
Also said he's had convos about trying to bring him to Rutgers at one point.

Michigan comes into this matchup at No. 19 in the country so if Schiano is able to get this win, it could really get the program up and running again. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
