Not so sneaky: Rutgers' attempt to fool Michigan on 4th down goes horribly wrong
Trick plays are a fun part of football.
Well, when they work.
Rutgers tried getting creative against Michigan on Saturday. Quarterback Noah Vedral acted like he was looking toward the sideline for a play call while running back Isiah Pacheco took the snap behind him to try and sneak across the line on 4th and 1.
It didn’t stand a chance. Watch:

Michigan read it like a book. It’s been that kind of day for Rutgers.
The Scarlet Knights are off to a hot start this season, winning all three of their games. But that undefeated record is in jeopardy as they trail Michigan 14-3 in the 2nd quarter.
You can watch the rest of that game on ABC.
