On Saturday, Nebraska had an explosive performance from its offense led by dual-threat quarterback Adrian Martinez.
Nebraska dominated Northwestern at home 56-7 thanks to four total touchdowns — including three on the ground — from Martinez.
Martinez is the first power five quarterback to account for three rushing touchdowns in the first quarter since Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback in Louisville’s Lamar Jackson in 2016 against Syracuse.
