If you’re an Illinois fan and like the gray ghost uniform combination, you might want to look away.

Illini coach Bret Bielema said his team won’t wear that uniform this season. He added that orange helmets will be a regular thing, though. If that’s the case, is he bringing back the Illinois underline, too?

Illinois will welcome Wisconsin to Champaign this weekend, and Bielema said the uniform combination for that game will be revealed later this week.

It’s a big game for Bielema, who’ll be facing the team he coached from 2006-12. Illinois is coming off a 24-14 win over Charlotte behind Chase Brown’s huge day on the ground. The redshirt junior ran for 257 yards — the 4th most in a game in Illini history — and 2 touchdowns to lead the charge.

They were wearing orange helmets and navy blue jerseys for that game, just in case you were wondering.
