Iowa is heading into their biggest matchup of the season to date.
They’ll be taking on undefeated Penn State at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday as both teams are looking to continue their perfect season.
Iowa is No. 3 in the country while Penn State is No. 4 and this could be a preview of what’s to come in December. These teams could meet again in the B1G Championship with even higher ramifications for the College Football Playoff.
Normally these games are low-scoring so it shouldn’t be a shock to anyone around college football if a lot of bettors take the “under” for this game.
With that in mind, here’s what Hawkeyes head coach Kirk Ferentz said to the media on Tuesday.
Kirk Ferentz says that the team is pretty healthy right now. Says everybody has a shot to play.

Kirk Ferentz: "I've been following Penn State since I was in elementary school."
"They have outstanding players, very well-coached and they are playing at a high rate."
"Their QB can make any throw they ask him to make and he's a dangerous runner."
