Salt in the wound: Ole Miss trolls Ed Orgeron ahead of showdown with LSU

Ole Miss is showing no sympathy on LSU head coach Ed Orgeron this week. Given the chance to throw some shade, the Rebels took the opportunity.
Earlier this week, LSU and Orgeron agreed to part ways following the conclusion of the 2021 season. That didn’t stop Ole Miss from trolling the head coach, putting out a tweet about the team’s “sissy blue” uniform it’ll sport in Oxford this weekend.
That tweet also contained a video of the uniform combination for Saturday’s game.

The “sissy blue” comment is a reference to earlier this season when Orgeron and a UCLA fan exchanged a few words before the game. The fan taunted the head coach, and Orgeron responded by saying, “Bring your ass on in your sissy blue shirt.

LSU lost 38-27 to UCLA in the season-opener.
Things haven’t gone much better, as the Tigers are now 4-3 on the year and the program will begin searching for a new head coach.
Ole Miss enters the game with a 5-1 record. The only loss was to Alabama.
