Paul Finebaum goes all-in on hammering Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh, despite 7-0 start

ESPN’s Paul Finebaum doesn’t seem to think Michigan has any shot of making the College Football Playoff.

Despite its strong start to the season (7-0 and No. 6 in the country), Finebaum still isn’t a believer and the main reason for that is head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Per 247Sports, Finebaum went on ESPN’s Get Up on Wednesday morning and absolutely shredded Harbaugh when he was asked if this is the year his team finally breaks through.

No, it is not,” Finebaum said.  “You said a minute ago going to the break, ‘Do I trust Jim Harbaugh?’ Let me ask you a question. If a telemarketer called you this afternoon and said, ‘Hey, Greeny, you mind giving me your social security number?’ No, I don’t trust Jim Harbaugh. And you wouldn’t give the telemarketer your number. I’ve got to see it to believe it and I haven’t seen it since he’s been there. It is not about Michigan State Saturday. It’s about Ohio State. He can’t beat Ohio State.”

That game against Ohio State will be both schools’ last of the season and it will go a long way towards which team not only goes to the B1G Championship Game but the College Football Playoff as well.

Kickoff for that matchup will be on Nov. 27 at Noon ET from Columbus.

Could Harbaugh finally prove Finebaum wrong after all these years?
