Maryland will host B1G East foe Indiana on Saturday, to cap off a homecoming week in College Park. The Terps will be sporting all red when they take to the field against the Hoosiers, they revealed in a tweet on Thursday.

The Terps have a good record during homecoming contests, with a 59-35-4 record during the celebratory contest. Maryland has come away with four wins over their last five homecoming games, defeating Purdue in 2016, Indiana in 2017, Rutgers in 2018 and Minnesota in 2020, while losing to Michigan in 2019.

The 2017 win over the Hoosiers in 2017 was an exciting 42-39 come-from-behind win that featured two fourth quarter touchdown runs courtesy of Jake Funk.

This year’s Maryland squad was fast out of the gate. But after an impressive 4-0 start to the season, they’ve dropped three in a row and are looking to put a pair of wins in the column to remain bowl eligible. To reach the magic 6-win mark they need the win with Indiana on Saturday, as their season finale with a hapless Rutgers team is sandwiches games with No. 6 Michigan and No 8 Michigan State.

Kickoff for the Hoosiers and the Terps is set for 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30.
