A prospective four-star Michigan commit, Justyn Martin, has officially announced his plans to play for UCLA to play his college ball. Martin made his announcement on CBS Sports HQ on Thursday.

Martin had initially made a commitment to Cal back in January, but rescinded his pledge in September. After the move, Martin made an announcement that he had narrowed his list of prospective schools to three: Michigan, Ole Miss and UCLA.

The No. 278 overall recruit in the Class of 2022 per the 247Sports Composite ranking, Martin is from Inglewood (California) High School. Martin is also the 20th-ranked quarterback in his class, and is currently the No. 24 ranked prospect in the state of California.

UCLA now has five 4-star commits in their upcoming class, which puts them in the top half of the Pac-12 programs.
